Purses
You can always tell how busy a person is with how much stuff is in their pusre. My mom is constantly on the go so she is prepared for just about anything. She has a phone book for the church, a note book, pens a plenty and lots of other things that i can not list due to my attempt to not create new lyrics to the 12 days of christmas tune. The thing is, if you have alot of experiences and are busy in those expieriences you will be ready for things to come. I am going to try to keep a full purse (but not too full).

Wrapping Paper
Wrapping paper is used in all seasons to conseal a special suprise for a friend or family member. Wrapping paper comes in all different colors, textures, and designs. Similar to wrapping paper, people have outer apearences that can change the world's reaction to the person themselves. I recently recieved a very expensive item that I appreciate very much, my ipod. My ipod as great and as useful as it is it was rapped in some facial tissue and handed to me by my mom. Though the material and wrapping style was a little less than impressive I still appreciated that gift that took alot of effort to get. If the wrapping on a present doesn't matter why should the outer appearence on a person matter. Try to look past a person's wrapping paper and really know the person.

Coffee Cups
For the past few weeks, I have been going to coffee club with my youth group at church. We share about our day and talk about random things that just happen to come up during a conversation. While talking we sip coffee from our cups. Coffee cups are like people each one filled with a different flavor and inflences. I always get a mocha flavored because it is my favorite flavor. Much like my coffee choice i am filled with warmth and can be sweet but when i am treated in the wrong manner i tend to go bitter. I always try to keep my coffee cup full of happiness and warmth.

Aglets
I am sure that at this moment you are asking yourself, "what is an aglet." Well an aglet is a usefull yet small and rearely recognized or apreciated item made of plastic on the end of a shoe lace. These little peices of plastic, though they are a microscopic detail, they are the only thing that stands between you and a morning of frusterasion and havoc. With out an aglet on your shoe lace you would not be able to lace or tie your shoes. Aglets are much like firends; they get you through the day. Some people might say, "why not use velcro." Velcro is like a friend that is only a friend when it is convinient. Velcro comes undone when it fines something better to stick to. Aglets stick with you no matter what and if your shoe laces come untied or friends drift appart they can just as easily be tied back together. Thank you to all of the aglets out there.

Mittens
When I was little I always hated to wear mittens. I felt restricted. Though the mittens resticted movement for four of my fingers they always kept them warm, each finger sharing the warmth of the one next to them. Family is much like wearing a mitten. Each member of a family contributes warmth to the rest of the family. The mitten or family keeps each finger or family member close so that no member of the group is left out in the cold, However, if there is a hole in the mitten one finger may slip out. I am thankful that there isn't a hole in my mittens.
